By:  Aaron Bibro, Township Manager

The Hatfield Industrial Development Authority is an entity created by Hatfield Township for the purpose of providing tax-free financing for commercial and industrial projects –and for certain non-profit organizations.

If, among other things, a growing commercial or industrial business can show that the community will benefit from its expansion with job retention or an increase in employment, the Hatfield Industrial Development Authority may be able to help that business receive lower interest rates on loans.
