Daniel J. Reavy was elected to serve as the Hatfield Township Tax Collector on November 3rd, 2021, and began his term on January 3rd, 2022. He was re-elected in November 2025 and is currently serving his second term. Dan resides in Hatfield with his wife, Celene, and their children, Andrew and Danielle.

2026 Office Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M (Year-Round). Additional hours by appointment only. Closed all official holidays. Dates and hours are subject to change.
Hatfield property owners pay real estate taxes to three entities - Hatfield Township, Montgomery County, which are mailed on or about the first week in February, are levied for the calendar year, January 1 to December 31 and the North Penn School District, which gets mailed on or about the first week of July, are levied for a fiscal year that begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. Each entity assesses a different tax rate.
Hatfield Township budget has had NO property tax increase for residents, marking the 12th consecutive year.

Please carefully read the bill in its entirety (front and back) for directions and pertinent information regarding making payments. Property Tax payments will NOT be accepted by township administrative staff.

(Per transaction service fee $1.50). Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example).
