Pay your real estate taxes online
Beginning in 2026, you can pay your real estate taxes online via MuniciPAY using:
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express (service fee applies; see below)
- Electronic check (service fee applies; see below)
Payment via credit card
Hatfield Township now offers the convenience of paying real estate taxes online using MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa credit cards. The payment processing company charges a service fee of 2.75% ($2.00 minimum) to cardholders who use this service.
Payment via electronic check
Hatfield Township now accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
Local and county tax bills will be mailed on or about the first week in February.
The 60-day grace period for payments will remain in effect.

The Tax Collector offers business hours at the Hatfield Township Administration Building for questions and payments. Should you require a receipt for your mailed-in payment please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. U.S. post-marked payments are accepted.
Residents may also submit payments in the drop box, shown below.

Please find the drop box located outside of the entrance to the Hatfield Township Administration Building. Real Estate tax payments can now be dropped off 24/7/365.
Please do not deposit any cash in the drop box.
