2026 Projects

UPDATE:  4/10/26

Below is the list of roads scheduled to be paved in 2026.  You may notice Public Works working on inlet replacements, utility work, and patch work in preparation for upcoming road resurfacing.  Anticipated timeline for repaving is late spring to early summer.  We will issue updates as the timeline is solidified with the contractor:

UPDATE:  7/31/2025

North Penn Water Authority (NPWA) will begin the renewal of approximately 17 water services on Concord, Stewart and Claremont Drive in Hatfield Township on or about  August 5, 2025.

Project Summary:

This project involves the renewal of 17 plastic water     services with copper water tubing. The water services will be renewed from the existing water main to the property owner’s curb stop located in the utility right of way behind the curb in the grass or sidewalk followed by soil, concrete and trench restoration.

We anticipate the work to take approximately three days to complete, weather-permitting. This work is being done in cooperation with Hatfield Township’s paving program.

Timeline:

August 5, 2025 - Mobilization and construction will begin.

The Township hired a contractor to replace the accessible ramps throughout the neighborhood of Stewart Drive, Concord Way, Claremont Drive, Brentwood Drive and Pelham Drive.

In addition, North Penn Water Authority will be replacing roughly 40 service lines throughout the neighborhood in 2025.

All of this work is in preparation for these roads getting paved in 2026.
