Lt. Ciarlello FBI Academy

Chief of Police William Tierney proudly announces Lieutenant John Ciarlello graduated the 276th Session of the FBI National Academy today. Chief Tierney himself attended FBINA Session #235.

The FBI National Academy is an executive level professional development course for United States and International law enforcement leaders nominated by their agency heads. The ten week program in Quantico, Virginia serves to improve the administration of justice in police departments and agencies at home and abroad and to raise law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide. Approximately 250 leaders and managers of state, local, county, tribal, military, federal, and international law enforcement agencies are selected through a nomination process to attend the FBI National Academy. This is less than 1% of law enforcement leaders, comprehensively, that are invited to attend.

Congratulations Lieutenant Ciarlello!
