Right to Know Law

The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law and procedures are available here.  The official Pennsylvania Open Records website can also provide valuable information for residents interested in state record requests as well.

Right to Know Form
CLICK HERE to download the Right to Know request form.  Please submit the form to the appropriate contact officials based on the information requested.  All requests will be addressed within five (5) business days of the contact official receiving the request.

Denied Request Appeal Process
In the event a Right to Know request is denied, you have the right to appeal.  Appeals must be filed within fifteen (15) business days of receiving Hatfield Township's response.
